Cybersmart - Black Ops

Hi,
i bought black ops just when it launched 2 months ago. Telkom is my ISP but over the past 2 months i didn't had any LAG whatsoever on CPT severs. But a few days ago i couldn't find any sever below 400ping.
what i was wondering is if i could sign up with cybersmart just to play some black ops. will this give me some better pings?
