Atari is... alone in the dark?

Atari has had a previous decision against Rapidshare, which was ruled in the company’s favour, overturned in Germany. The initial case saw Atari arguing that the file-sharing website should be blocking unauthorised downloads of their Alone in the Dark videogame. Rapidshare would have been responsible for filtering and deleting all illegal content related to the game via keywords if not for the recent appeal
