Hi folks
I've been trying to capture some video from http://watch.bnn.ca/ to show some of our guys miles away from an internet connection. I've tried a few flash cpature programs, but nothing is getting the video. I was wondering if there was another way, such as 'recording' a section of the screen. Image quality is not that vital, but sound should be good.
Thanks guys!

try camstudio, it's free not sure about the sound.

thanks! was just returning to say I had found just that software - sound set-up is a bit sniffy in windows 7 but works after a but of tinkering.
