The release of Alien Swarm for free on Steam was a bit of a surprise but one should never look a gift game in the mouth. Particularly when the game in question is as much fun as this one has wound up being. Alien Swarm is a remake of the Unreal Tournament 2004 mod by the same name and was created by the same group who released the original, with Valve backing their efforts
