Consumers who bought retail copies of APB, the Realtime Worlds MMO, will have to head to the retailer that sold them the title in order to get a refund. In case you didn’t know, Realtime Worlds is in the process of shutting down after failing to locate a buyer for the financially ailing company

APB was one massive fail mostly because the game devs had now clue what they wanted the game to be.
I will chalk this one partly up to Blizzard too, any competitor will have to come up with one uber release before online players makes the move.
