Win for M$
Microsoft has won a patent battle that has been going on for six years against two inventors, Peter Hochstein and Jeffery Tennenbaum. Microsoft was being sued over apparent patent infringement because of its Xbox 360 console. The case was dismissed on 20 July this year

So in other words they are sueing microsoft for multiplayer? Wow! It sounds even more stupid out loud.
