Fire sale?
The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) broke news yesterday that America’s National Security Agency (NSA) was in the process of implementing a program called Perfect Citizen. According to the WSJ the program would involve sensors in computer networks and critical systems like utilities and major infrastructures that would monitor those systems for activities that could signal a cyber-attack
