Microsoft has been sued for apparently infringing on patents held by Salesforce.com Inc. This comes after Microsoft set legal action in motion last month by suing Salesforce.com for using M$’s technology in software. The software includes menus, toolbars and graphical interface features. The new counter-suit was filed by Salesforce.com last Thursday

That is ultimate if they did in fact steal their GUI and stuff. We all knew that MS steals code and ideas from other companies. How stupid do you need to be to sue someone for work you stole?
