Doubt it will. I think it is a GOG Exclusive...

Re: Steam Specials!
Not sure when but GoG has become that dumping ground for old games. Imagine Diablo 3 without needing to log in to play and only logging in when you want multiplayer. But they don't have torchlight 2 yet which is really a shame.
Re: Steam Specials!
I've had issues with GoG in the past, and I'm not 100% happy installing their software on my new machine. I have put some of their stuff on my laptop, but it doesn't run very well.
I'd rather wait for it to appear on Steam.
Hopefully soon.
SS2 is awesome.

Re: Steam Specials!
This is not the thread for GoG but I do feel the need to correct your assumptions...
Unlike Steam, UPlay & Origin GoG does not require you install their software on your PC. You can still download the games through a normal http download. Secondly when compared to the aforementioned providers GoG's software is exceedingly light on system resources when in use so I really cannot understand what the problem is with GoG . With the others I can understand but GoG ... . Also some games might not run well purely because they are old games and might have a issue with your GPU, sound, chipset & other hardware drivers so please before knocking the product give some thought as to where the issue could lie.
Any further discussion of GoG should go to the GoG thread...

Tl;dr
It's just a download manager and you don't have to use it to get to your game.

Re: Steam Specials!
Should have said Mark of the Ninja was last weekends special for $5.
Max Payne 3 is going for $16 this weekend and just a headsup Age of Empires 2 HD is being released.

A warning on DS, I cannot get the first game to work at all. And the feeling of the 3rd is notorious.

Re: Steam Specials!
I have resolved not to buy any more games until I finish what I have.
Let's see how long that resolve lasts.

Re: Steam Specials!
So here are the games that made it onto my steam list after the sale, bare in mind there might still be 2-5 more games that might just take room on this list. So here we go:
Thomas was alone
Universe Sandbox
To The Moon
Farcry 3 Blooddragon
Mortal Kombat Komplete edition (no rusty that is how they spelled it)
Fable
Poker Night
Poker Night 2
Rayman Origins
Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing
I kinda had a lot of the games that I wanted so only a few made the purchase. Then again I'm still eyeing the last few and 3 or 4 made it past the mark but it passed me by.

From that, probably worth it for the price right now if you enjoy tongue-in-cheek zombie survival

Re: Steam Specials!
Left for Dead 2 is apparently free for the next few hours. But if you download it it will be yours to keep like a normal purchased item.
Also King of Fighters 13 is $10 for 6 more hours.

Re: Steam Specials!
I have bought so much stuff this round so far... This sale alone has managed to bring my steam level from 13 to 20 - whatever that's worth
Also, 40K sperglords are willing to pay US$2 for the steam trading cards that drop when you play Space Hulk.
You can buy it for $10, play for 2 hours, get your 5 card drops, sell them and get your money back...
The mind truly boggles...

Crikey! This place really is dead. Formerly, this thread would have been abuzz with discussions of the merits of heavily marked down games, and remorse over purchases made in haste.

Lol. Na. My wife will not allow that. Haha. I would have a few years ago but could not afford the game or hardware required to play it. Ah joys of work life.
