2 platforms running on the same based desing??

Have u guys noticed that the war3.co.za Twilight War3ZA Server and that the PC FORMAT server looks and is alot the same.. Is it the same same people that created the two platforms or what?? please correct me....

There is a link to the forum rules at the top of viewforum and viewtopic, which is sufficient as far as I am concerned.

In any case, it is the user's responsibility to find the rules and familiarise himself/herself with them - it is not the responsibility of forum staff members to spoonfeed new members. Ignorance is NOT bliss: we assume that all members have read and are familiar with the forum rules.

I'm not an expert when it comes to graphics, but I believe that a lot of graphics design programs will be able to lower the file size; in fact I remember reading somewhere that Photoshop has an "optimise for filesize" feature or something like that. Feel free to start a thread in the Graphics Design section, you're sure to find someone who will help you out.
