cant connect to local sites on local cap

Hi Guys

On friday night i started downloading fadora core 11 from ftp.sun.ac.za and im using DAP as my download accelarator. I had to pause the download and reconnet using my international cap. This morning i disconnected the international and re-connected my local cap and the whole day i cant connect to any local sites with it. Not even ftp.sun.ac.za and now my download is sitting at 38% I know fadora came on the pcformat dvd but if im not mistaken that was the 64 bit version.

Can you maybe give some examples of which sites you are struggling with?

Check that the details for the local cap account are correct?

And try restarting the machine?

I couldn't connect to anything including telkom, saix, IS not even smtp.saix.co.za was working.
My router is set as dhcp and everytime i connected to my local cap windows would add some dns address in the tcp/ip settings.

So everytime i connect to my local cap i have to go and set the dns to use automatic settings

Now i last night i left my fadora to download and it is sitting on 80% i paused the download to connect to my internatnol cap and i cannot connect at all. keeps telling me athentication error. I then tried connecting to my local cap again and giving me the same error message, Reset the router, re-entered my details but still aint working. Then i setup a PPPOE connection in Windows and what do you know, also giving me errors. I am not capped, logged into my account at work and still got plenty left.
