Setup Iternet Cafe

HI!
 
 I live in the west cost and have just been delegated to setup and run an internet cafe, Can anybody explain how this works. I have had experience with normal lan Networks between Six Computers running Win 95 & win 98. I am Personally running win xp PRo on a toshiba 550MHz Celeron with 198 Meg ram( A dream Come true, Never crashed sinced I installed in August 2001.) What i want to now is How does the Internet section of this type of networks work.(Dialup, ISDN, Sattelite, Or other.)
 Your expertise is truly appreciated.

I would recommend getting software that would act as a proxy and allow time periods of usage. If not you will have to manage everything yourself.
