Team Entry fee?
Mode being used?
Format? eg 5v5 Search and Destroy?
Tourney Format? Double Elim etc?

MaTth1as, there is no team entry fee, paying to attend the LAN will get you into the tourney.
Mode/Mod (I'm guessing you meant mod) will be decided after talking to all of the participating team captains.
Format will be S&D, 5v5.
I'm not sure about the tournament elimination format yet, will update once Nab gets into the office.
