Ubuntu messed up my installation

Post by SBSP »

Hi I'm desperate for help!

I have Windows XP installed on a 160GB drive.

So i wanted to install a dual boot, So i resized it with a partition manager to 130 and te left over 30GB for Ubuntu.

Everything went fine.

So i installed ubunto on the 30GB after i rebooted i realized ubuntu did not add my XP installation to the grub menu.
The drive is a sata drive and i gets listed a sda XP is on sda1

below is my grub menu.lst
you will see that i have added windows xp to the list , it shows but it doesnt work.
