Well, if you have one of those multi-boot cd's lying around (at your house/work)...then you can reset your password...

Other than that. Windows reinstallation. Don't even try a repair, its useless.

Fanatic-X, AFAIK those multi boot cd's dont work with vista.... you need a password reset disc.

I actually had that password recovery turn south on me. Ended up with a complete format as it kina wiped the partition tables. Errr.. Don't ask me how. I am still trying to figure that one out.

Download Hiren's Boot CD. It has a password reset tool, amongst other things. It works wonders on XP, though I must admit I haven't tested it on Vista. Theoretically it should work though. It may even be updated on the newest version of Hiren's.
