Poster assignment

Had to design a social responsibility poster for my Illustrator assignment using Adobe Cs3.

This is what I done.



Grass I used for the Background layer.



And the little girl I used for the midground layer (family).




Just finished my course last week, so what do you guys think.

Good work, All that I might have changed is the font. It is slightly unreadable.

I do find it oddly amusing how you turned such a happy child into a terribly unhappy one But it was a good idea, the slight smile on her face makes it look like she still got hope left in her.

The picture in question really intrigued me specially the facial expressions, normally you would have a very sad child on a poster like this but I wanted something a bit different.

No, I am actually a technical advisor in the digital printing Industry, that is why I done a Dtp short course so I can have a better understanding of how designers create and submit their artwork for printing.
