I still use it, because I can send & receive mails in outlook using my webmail account, for free! Any other online mail providers you need to pay to use that feature. Unless Gmail also allows the use of outlook as mail client for free, then I'll switch.

Yeah you can use gmail or hotmail in Outlook with Outlook Connector, for free...

As all have said, main problem with webmail are lots of SPAM and like 20MB's of storage...

I use webmail... or rather http://www.highveldmail.co.za. But the highveld mail "service" is provided by the webmail guys.
It sucks serious eggs. Agreed on that count.... BUT I use it as my "junk" account. Need to register funny online crapp? Use that account. Need to provide some e-mail addy for a restuarant? Use that one.

My corporate account and G-account is clean and used very selectively.
