CD cover designer for MP3s

I am looking for a program that can create CD covers, similar to Nero CoverDesigner, from my MP3s. The track listing should be generated from the ID3 tag in the MP3, and not from the file name.

Or, is there a why to (bulk) rename MP3s so that their file names are in the correct sequence for Nero CoverDesigner to correctly assign the title and artist columns?

To do this you could give mp3tag a try.
