Post by D3PART3D »

Hey guys, what would you say were the best racing sims released in the past, say, 5 years?

Anywho...

Methinks Colin McRae in terms of realism and any of the NFSs for sheer fun.

Racing:
GTR2
GTR
RFactor
LFS
F1 2002

[Race07 and WTCC are okay too]

Classic Racing:
GT Legends

Driving:
TDU (though not very realistic)

Rally:
Richard Burns Rally

None of the Colin McRae games are ultra realistic like RBR, but I'd say DiRT (after the brake mod) is fairly good.

I agree with this.

And on the Xbox 360 Forza 2, epic win :D

GTR 2 is mental. it's like being in a car and you really get the idea that your in a beast of a machine.

Gran turismo is not a sim-it has some sim aspects but not everything is realistic.
