Autodesk 3d Max and Maya Tutorials

Hi there.

I am really battling to find some decent tutorials on these programs. I managed to get one on making a Planet but got half way as the instructions were extremely difficult to follow.

I need Video Tutorials or something that actually shows me where to go.
If you could find some on Dragons that would be a bonus for me. As that is my project I am trying to do.

How to take a 3Ds Max file and change it to a PDF? I'm using 3Ds Max and would like to take my line drawing and make it a PDF to email out. Does anyone know how to do this?
