I now know what is but can't find the problem. I now plugged everything out and then put them back in again so hopefully it stays working.

I really need help. It still gives me this error. I can't play a single game. The minute I try this message always comes up. I took the sound card and still it occurs. I unplugged everything and plugged in and still it happens. Sometimes it won't even boot at all.

My normal solution would be to reinstall windows. Maybe try find DriverCleaner and reinstall the drivers first. Are you running XP?

This person is using a P5n32e board and gets the same error.

Could it be my windows is corrupt? Also what about the starting up issues I am now getting?

I'd start backing up stuff now before it's too late and then reformat.

I have started. I have to get more tomorrow. I have many saved replays from fifa manager 08 I need to keep and my saved games from it as well. I think I also just pop in a store to ask them to check because for exactly 1 hour I could not get into windows or even get my computer to boot up. :evil:

If you do manage to get into windows you can always run a command to replace all corrupt windows with the original install files, you will however need the same cd that you installed xp with.

Run --> cmd --> sfc /verifyonly

That will run sfc just to check the files to see if they are corrupt, if you wanted to scan to replace files change /verifyonly to /scannow.

Also if windows is not loading you could always boot off of your XP cd go to repair console and run a chkdsk scan that should sort out booting problems to allow you to run the sfc command.
