Fan housing/bracket

Post by rm5d »

Here is something I am sure alot of people could use for mounting fans on a radiator, top of a chassis or anyware.

I found this in my garage while scratching for bits for my next mod.It is a trailer light mounting bracket.

Two 120 mm fans fit perfectly.

I bought it at Midas Auto in South Africa but I am sure you could find something similar where you stay.

For South African's there is a pic. of the tag.PRICE R 24.95 ,priced today because Ineed to more.

DIMS:WITH FLANGES -333MMX186MMX61MM
:WITHOUT - 326MMX150MMX61MM

PICS.

How did you find anything with a desk like that!?
:-p
Mine is very similar in mess structure for my work desk.

There are some more specific 120mm fan mounting stuff available from some specialized IT stores but they are definitely not R25.
My personal fav are the polished metal plates.
Soon Google will know everything...including how to divide by zero :(

Cool idea, mate. But it has to have holes for the fans to be screwed on to...I'm sure that won't be a problem though.

*OT*
No worries 'bout the workshop. Nice too see it is used for something. I have a pal who set one up and does not want to use it because he has to clean up all the time. IMO a workshop should be a bit upside down :)
