My car...Stolen!!!!!!!
About an hour ago, my car got stolen from my yard. Somehow, they got over the electric fencing and started the car. The helper turned on the alarm when she saw what was going on, but they had already started the car and reversed out hiting the intercom on their way out. Cops and Chubb were here in like 5mins and both are looking for them as we speak, but its been an hour already and nothing.
Its a Nissan 350Z. Licence plates are SBU 777GP. Its green and has a Goku key ring hanging from the rear view mirror. If anyone sees it please report it.
Thanks

Does it have Netstar or Tracker? If so they'll probably get it back, you have about a 75% chance.

Thanks guys. I'm glad it wasn't a hijacking. It's a metallic green (kind of lime green). All my car pics were on my phone and my phone was in the car.
Also, this is actually turning into quite a disturbing situation. My mom got a spare key made and programmed for me by Nissan yesterday and our helper said those guys couldn't have been in the car for more than 5 minutes because she had just been outside. So, it seems like those guys had a key to the car.
It has a Tracker. We called them immediately and they couldn't locate the car. We've been paying all this time and the damn thing hasn't even been working. My dad is pissed.
Worst part is that its not insured. Insurance was almost R8000pm with the car in my name so my parents said it was too much and they'd rather just pay cash for accident costs. They didn't want to lie to the insurance company. Stupid!

Damn man that's terrible, sorry for my Kyalami joke.. Have you gone driving around to look for it? There must be something you can do how can that tracker not work and yeah maybe they did have a key I smell something's cooking here! I really do hope you find it really I do, good luck man seriously
Funny how this stuff happens out of the blue almost like it's pre-planned you just sit down after a day of work not expecting anything watching a comedy and then something happens...
Also get the cops to check your cellphone's last calls aswell as maybe try and trace the phone maybe they havn't seen it have you called it?

No insurance on a R430k car! 8OWorst part is that its not insured. Rolling Eyes Insurance was almost R8000pm with the car in my name so my parents said it was too much and they'd rather just pay cash for accident costs. They didn't want to lie to the insurance company. Stupid!
You should have at least insured against theft, it would have been under a grand.

shame bro. u know i have heard a story 1nce bout a company that made the keys. and then copy it and give it to ppl with ur details then they cum steal your car and sell it. sounds like that cud be the case here if wat u say is true. but then again mayb they were lucky and good at hot wiring the car.
What Nissan dealership did you go to to have the key cut? It sounds like an inside job to me, definitely...

Nope. If you're under 25 insurance is ridiculous. I dunno how old Cyclic is but it sounds like he's still young.Hex_Rated wrote:No insurance on a R430k car! 8OWorst part is that its not insured. When did you take it in for service? Maybe some employees messed with the tracker and gave their mates a heads up.. find out from the tracker company what day they lost signal and if it was the day of a service or something and if it was and the neighbor says they opened the door and started the car with ease you might have something anyway though farfetched but hey something doesn't smell right here...
