Aquamark3 benchies

I get around 30000 with my system.

Athlon XP 2600+
1024 DDR 400 D/Channel
80 gig harddrive
Radeon 9600 XT
AN7 n-force2 ultra motherboard

Is this a decent score for system specs?

I get just over 30000 with a 2000+ and Geforce FX5900XT, everything at stock speeds, I would think that your processor would boost your score a little higher, maybe you can tweak your detail settings and see if you get a better score.

Hey, my aquamark score for a P3 1Ghz, 256mbRAM, GF4 MX440 was a whole 2005!

. When I OC my GF4 from core 250/memory 300 to 375/425 (is this a good OC? It is my first.) I got less, 1935. What is up with that?

Is this a normal score for such a PC?

It will all change when I get my mobo I won from PCF. For the mobo I am planing on getting a monster.

i get 40536 with my normal settings, and if i overclock to my benchmark settings which is basically just making my graphics card 450/370 i get around 45000 ...

If you took the time to read all the previous posts, you'd realise that it is the best score thus far. Besides I just downloaded the new drivers, which should give me a 5% increase in Aquamark.

You need to chill brother, and I don't know why you are lying about that score of yours... you shouldn't feel ashamed that you really have a 486 sitting under your desk that runs Doom 2 at about 2 frames per minute.

Here's the question:

What difference would 1Gb Ram vs. 512Mb Ram and a 3.2Ghz CPU vs a 3.0Ghz CPU make in Aquamark 3?

I get 51500 with my system, while Tom's Hardware gets 56320 with the identical card and 1Gb Ram and a 3.2Ghz CPU.

Also, NAG (forgive me) says the Asus and Sapphire versions get over 60000 with a 3.06Ghz CPU.

What's the problem with my card?

I highly doubt their is anything wrong with your card. All the x800's score exactly the same at stock, and yours is one of the better overclockers.

Drivers, OS state, configuration, benchmarking technique - they can all result in that kind of difference. So don't stress about it

Just benchmarked Aquamark today and got 44 000 with no overclocking and old drivers. I'm getting 4.7 today so I'll update soon.

i have a 2.0ghz celeron
256mb ram ddr400

40 gig hdd

i dnt anything bout benchmarking so are my scores good?
my rez was @ 1024x768
