Fingerprint sdk

Hi All!

Can someone please help. I am looking for a SDK that I can interface with my microsoft fingerprint reader. Isn't there a freeware app or a cheap app that I can use? Alternatively, just an app that when the fingerprint reader recognises a fingerprint on the system, it can execute a batch file?

I looked at GRfinger, and it used to be $37 but now you have to buy a minimum of five licences. That's a bit on the expensive side. Can anyone please help?
