You know Jeff, i would SO take you up on your offer, but i want it faster than you can get it to me
I'm so impatient
No matter though, it'll come up on one of the local mirrors shortly after release, so i'll be able to DL it for less that what it'll cost you to ship it to me, so i can save you some cash too
Buy yourself a Steers meal instead
Hey, i actually just payed for your next steers mean

Second, dont be so impatient. I'll be refreshing the Ubuntu download page until I see the 8.04 link pop up. Then its download time
The release time is for next week Thursday, so if everything goes smoothly I can have it burnt after 5pm on Thursday afternoon. And can be shipped off on Friday morning - whichever Speed Service option you choose. Think about it Ett

Speed service-ing anything will cost you 40 bucks. I'd rather DL it for less than 20
Thanks though dude, i really appreciate it
Doesnt seem I'll get through to you on this one
No problem for the offer bro, its still open if you change your mind. If you pay for my flight up to you, I'll bring it to you personally

Gonna boast a little hereVampyre_2099 wrote:Also speed service is over night AFAIK, whereas on a 384k line I could get it in 5 - 7 hours. So I think DL is fasterDAE_JA_VOO wrote:Yeah, but that costs monies Jeff

I also have a 4mbps line at work, although I only have 384k at home. But what I'm saying is even if you only have 384k at home (some people have more) its still only about 7 hours DL whereas speed service is about 10 hours and costs moreg0ldback wrote:Gonna boast a little hereVampyre_2099 wrote:Also speed service is over night AFAIK, whereas on a 384k line I could get it in 5 - 7 hours.
