Anyone know of a company/free software that checks websites for insecurities?

Post your website URL and talk a lot of crap how secure your site is.

They will find the vulnerabilities, if there are any

Don't do that, but ask there about software, as they would know - I don't know if you will get much help here

Ya, my post was lightly tongue in cheek - but the NewOrder guys do know just about every cheap exploit under the sun
