Photoshop vector pack noob question

Post by Synthesis »

Ok, so after I've downloaded a vector pack, either a .ps or a .eps file and open it in PS, all it does is show the whole pack as one raster image so the whole point of having a vector shape is gone. What do I need to do to work with each image separately as a vector image? How do I use these packs once downloaded?

I can import the file into Corel Draw, ungroup it, then it's how I want it to be, but then I must save each image individually and export again.

Ok, thanks for the help guys  (jk  )

I found out it can't be used in PS. I am supposed to open them in Corel or Illustrator to use them as vector images. Otherwise when opened in PS, I need to specify a large file as it opnes it as a raster image then I can copy and paste or whatever.
