Email form

I need some help here. I have to make a form that will be sent to people with the email address, subject line and content. I seen it done before but not sure how to create it. I have no idea what it is called so I can't search for it. I know hiow to make contact forms that they fill details on but this is the opposite.

You can even put this into your start-> run menu and see. It's ll I know to do the subject and e-mail address. hope it's on the right track:

mailto:them@theirdomain.com?subject=insert subject here

P.S if you change the word "subject" to "body" it does the content but I can't seem to get subject AND body ????

It is a html mail sendout.

I found out it is a html mail sendout. I need to create it but not finding much on google about it. I am still checking. Also where can I get one?

What is that you need?

Are you creating a form for the web where if someone clicks submit that info is then mailed to someone?

Something like that. It is similar to newsletters that are sent to people. All you have to do is put the email address and send.

I pmed maxxis and he replied that I must not use php for this as it does not work to well for bulk sending. I did try php but it is not quite what I am looking for. Maxxis replied he will help me with this.
