I use the RivaTuner and the van speed is 60% when i bring it up to 70% it idle on 59' and when i change it on 60 % it up to 63'

It MADE A BIG Deference to change your CASE AIRFLOW.

Problem with airflow in your case
it was idle on 77' and load on 94' (very hot)

and too FIX the Airflow , temperature change
Idle on 59 and load on 74
