AGP right angle extender card

Does anyone know where I can find a right angle AGP extender card? I need one for my current mod

Closest thing I found so far is this site:

Question is, trying to get hold of them is gonna be a mission.

You could always try a half-height card?

The half height cards are still to high. The whole assembly has about 55mm fit into. So a extender / riser card is what I need
