Up until today, my laptop has worked fine. Now I can't access critical system utilities such as user accounts and system restore (which i tried to try). When I open user accounts, it says that there are scripts with errors on the page and gives me the option to continue using scripts or not. It doesn't matter which option I choose (ie "Yes"/"No"), nothing happens and to exit the window i have to end the process. Even Safe Mode is affected.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
