Water Temps

Post by RobThePyro »

Hey guys,

Just wanted to start like a water cooling perormance benchmarking thread, where we can collect data on everyones H2O loops, not only as a buyers guide, but also to see how your is performing compaired to other peoples.

Fill out the details below and I will copy them into this post:

Waterloop: (e.g. Swiftech H2O-220 apex ultra, Gigabyte galaxy II, custom)
CPU: (e.g. C2D E6600, C2Q Q6600, C2D E6750, QX9650(lol) etc.)
Clockspeed: (e.g. 2.4ghz, 2.79ghz, 3.9ghz etc etc.)
Vcore: (e.g. 1.35v, 1.55v, 1.99v etc.)
Items cooled: (Besides cpu, thats a given, unless your weird...)(e.g. NB, SB, MosFets, Gfx Card/s etc)
Waterblocks used: (e.g. Swiftech Apogee GT, Koolance, DangerDen etc etc)
Pump/s: (Swiftech MCP655, enhim etc.)
Radiator/s size: (e.g. Trip 120mm rad, single 80mm rad etc etc.)
Tubing diameter: (ID and OD please, e.g. 7/16", 5/8")
Ambient temp(if known/average): (e.g. 17-winter 22-summer, 16-allways(aircon) etc.)
Water Temp(if known/average): (e.g. 27-idle 29-load, 7.5-with ice 8) etc.)
Cpu temps: (idle, Load, average etc.)
Other components(if applicable): (idle, load, average etc.)

Ok, well I think thats everything! ill start with mine:

Waterloop: Swiftech H2O-220 Apex Ultra
CPU: C2D E6600
Clockspeed: ATM. 3.2Ghz
Vcore: 1.43V
Items cooled: None...:(
Waterblocks used: Swiftech Apogee GT
Pump: Swiftech MC655
Radiator size: Dual 120mm rad (Swiftech MCR220)
Tubing diameter: ID7/16", OD5/8"
Ambient temp: ~22'C
Water Temp: 26'C-idle 30'C-load(fans on LOW, With fans on HIGH 28'C Load)
Cpu temps: 32-34'C-Idle, 44-47'C load
Other components: N/A

Thanks guys!!!

Oh and yea, my temps are high, I think I need to lap my CPU, will do so in the next two weeks and let you guys know...
