I'm not so sure if there are many ways to complete the game, but it's full of extra stuff to find the quickest solution (which contradicts what I'm saying :P )

I can't wait to get my hands on the Orange Box!

You can via Steam, but it's pointless as it costs $20 I think...

Yeah, I'm actually sad that so many great things are coming out, or are available now this Xmas (or close to it).

UT3, COD4, Bioshock, Crysis, Orange Box, the list goes on!

Yeah, I'm pre-ordered Crysis (enough journalists have said that the game plays twice as good as it looks to convince me to get my first pre-order).

What I am glad about though is that Assasin's Creed is around early next year... which I'm also looking forward too.... and Bioshock under R400!

I thought so! I was wondering why Take2 had it listed as March 2008?

The graphics are a little disappointing though. The Source Engine seems to be showing its age despite the new ligthing effects etc seen in HL2 Ep 2...

I have a question.

On the trailer I saw of Portal, the weapon seemed to have a blur effect on it. Is this in the game, or was it just in the trailer?

motion blur
It's subliminal and oh-so-sexy. Very nicely implemented. I just keep flicking my mouse to get it all in.

Depth of field is another one I'm excited about, but isn't featured in the source engine.

I think that's only the console versions.

But so many good games coming out this merry season, but I'll probably wait until afterwards when the prices are a little lower.
