I would appreciate if someone could either help me learn how to use the program, or give me a link to a website that is equal in helpfulness.
I want to start learning about C++, and I have found plenty of websites that teach it for free... Just the programs I need, I have no idea how to work, especially Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, which I'm told is the best to use.

Seems your slight out of luck, most websites that I know of are pure C++ with limited visual studio. I'd advice buying a book espesially for visual C++, there aren't alot of diffrences between C++ and visual C++ but there are some and it should teach you about the drag and drop of visual. When you've learn the basics it becames rather easy to figure out the rest.
