@ Samaya, thanks, yea the inner plate came out really well... Aluminum is pretty cool to work with i must say....

Another Update guys:

 Ok so ive been pondering on this front Bezel, i was really thinking of just trying to get another 2 Bay mesh covers for my Stacker, but then i thought too much mission and cost...

 Instead i just made my front Bezel as i said i would...

 Ok firstly i measured up the gap in the front and then added an extra 15mm onto both sides. Do the piece cut pretty dam straight once again....

 Then i measure my 15mm on the one side and then put it in place under my bending apparatus and got to hammering...

 Here is the one side:

Image

Image

 And then put it into the bay area and then marked up the other side for bending..... was about 5mm more than the other side which isnt a problem just gives me more to work with... ok here is it

Image

 Now to do the next side all measured up drew the line down and put it into place.....

Image

 Hammered away gentle across and back until i got it neat and straight angled...

 Ok after about an hour more of hammering and adjusting the panel to get it to fit to my perfection i got it perfect... here are the finally 3 views of it installed.

Alright guys let me know what you think of my neat front Bezel. Looks pretty nifty.

 Thats all for today, i now need to get ahold of Robthepyro dremel, mine has siezed and no longer works properly..

DoOb's out

Thanks Guys, and another small little update...

I got the studs in for the motherboard...

I made a new back panel for the case of the case, other one wasnt right, then im not gonna use that red piece from RedDevil.. Im going to do a RedDevil style and only have a hole for the motherboard back plate... and the a slit for the Gfx card only, coz i dont have any other cards in my machine.

Then ive made the cover for the Powersupply, needs some more work of course but im gonna get to that tomorrow...

Other than what ive done here, i just gotta wait for Robthepyro's Dremel

Here are the picture's, arent really the greatest, but they be fine

Looking good, just a suggestion, don't tap the Alu with a hammer, it looks really bad in some shots. Rather take a piece of straight wood, place it over the part you want to bend, and hit the wood with the hammer. Use it, don't use it :)

Have you tried using a rubber hammer? Works well to if you must hammer away straight on the ali itself.

But doOb mah boy, are you going to buff the ali to nice, shiny metal finish, or are you going to spray it?
