Smooth Quality increase

Good day...

I have a logo that needs a bit of work...

The edges are rough...see exhibit A:

What is the best way to improve the quality?

I tried to blur it, but then it looked to blurry?

usually, you would produce the artwork at a much larger scale, then rescale using AA, which would prevent this sort of issue, whilst maintaining at least some of the detail...

I am going to look for the font of the logo and recreate the image...
