Everytime I start up my pc, I get a Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\conime.exe' error. It all started when I scanned my pc for viruses, it removed a conime.exe file. How do I fix this?

Look fot this registry key on your PC:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell=explorer.exe %System%\drivers\conime.exe
And edit it, removing %System%\drivers\conime.exe

Then you have issues, sir!
Conime.exe is part of a backdoor trojan kit called Slurk.
If it has been on your PC a while there is no telling what else is lurking there.
Best of luck!

If that is what it comes to, give me a shout.
I'll be happy to give you a swift beating. I'll even bring my own steel bar!

you could alwasy try and run "SFC /scannnow" with the Windows CD in the drive and see if it will re-copy all the damaged or missing files.
