I suggest you stick that think closed now with masking tape to protect it. Trust me, that's good advice, and advice coming from someone who worked with plexi for a year and a half. Mask up that piece

Excuse the pun LOL My goal is that you dont see any cables what so ever when Im done, I will have to create more covers to achieve this but Im sure I can do it

Thanks for all the positive comments guys and all the encouragements, its really pushing me along. I have a deadline for this mod and I hope to have it complete if not 90% by the time.

PS: Deadline is Rage

Oooh.... here's a pointer from me. DON'T work for deadlines. Rushing and working for deadlines is gonna cause a lot of trouble for you. I work and rushed for RAGE last year, and i ended up blowing a PSU and wasting about 2 months work and having to redo it all, just so that i can be at RAGE.

Dont do it dude. Just mod at your own pace rather

Yeah DAE I understand but I mod pretty fast, materials prohibiting of course. There is another reason why I would like it done is that I can actually start using the machine, cos At the end of next month I don’t have a laptop anymore

Which means the only machine I will have at my disposal is the works one and I’m never at the office to use it (joys of consultancy).

Oo Looky a update, no progress pics just finals, Im lazy I know, shoot me!

So yeah, still working on the lighting but the general idea is to have blue light coming from underneath the cover while having white light to light up the rest of the inside of the case. Comments and Questions?

Good work dude! You sure you wanna go with white light for the interior lighting? Just my personal opinion but dont you think thats just a touch standard, like a light in your room or something? I reckon you throw some colour in...
