Buffer Overrun Detected

This error is comes up in a dialog box with a title " Visual C++ runtime library"

while using Vodafone Mobile connect on a Notebook with Windows Vista Home Basic i get the following error Message " Buffer Overrun Detected" it then points to my Directory with the vodafone files and says that an internal error has occured and the program needs to be terminated. it does not dissconnect from the internet however but closes vodafone mopbile connect can anyone shed some light on this error Please.
