Will be adding this to PH later today at about R3250 inc vat.ACER 22" Wide LCD, AL2216,Value Line WITHOUT Speakers, 5ms response time, VGA -Sub ,DVI, 1680x1050 - 3year Warranty
We can get the MAG much cheaper, but unfortunately there is no stock at the moment
I'll find out about that Samsung and let you guys know.

I researched this thing to the ends of the earth.
I nearly gave up on a bigger monitor completely so I phone IC one last time and they had one unit in stock.
So i hopped in the car and drove there only to get a call on the way stating that the monitor has been sold.
Then at 15:00 the call came in that they just got stock in. Quick trip to IC again and now my baby is lying on my desk next to me.

put some dodgu ones up there myself, will do some better ones in the daylight (flash and monitors donot go well together)

Glad to see you got your monitor. I am still deciding between the acer and the samsung plus broke from my overseas trip.

I know that but I have to weight up whether the Samsung extra quality is wroth the extra money. Thats what it has pretty much come down to for me.maxxis wrote:Dont even compare the Acer to this. The build quality on the Samsung is seriously superior to the Acer and so are the specs.
