Hey Guys
I have been put in charge of creating a desktop support knowledge base which our clients can access (to reduce the number of 'no-brainer' calls to the helpdesk).
It does not have to be on the level of MS TechNet (as it is aimed at end users) but does have to contain info on all frequently experienced hardware and Microsoft related desktop problems.
What I need is a springboard to get me going....
Can anyone direct me towards an online knowledge base, so that I can see what interface/format/questions/search capabilities they have?
