I installed Vista last night on my machine, which pretty much sucks (1.3GHz Celeron, 512MB RAM, TNT2 graphics card), and ran the benchmarking utility. Here's the results:
- Processor: 1.6 (1.3 GHz Celeron)
- RAM: 1.2 (504MB RAM)
- Primary hard disk: 3.7 (3.58GB of 10.00GB free)
I only had a 10GB partition to install Vista to. - Graphics: 2.0 (Standard VGA Graphics Adapter)
- Gaming graphics: 1.0 (Not detected)
Yup, didn't spot the TNT2. I doubt there's even Vista drivers for it. - Overall score: 1

I should have my new system ready next month. Only problem is that I couldn't find any RAID drivers for my new motherboard (Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro SLI) for Vista, so I don't know if I'll be able to install Vista to it. Probably not. I did e-mail Gigabyte about this one, and they're blaming NVIDIA.
