Green lines on screeen

When ever i play games or just even open folders my sceen is filled with
green lines.
It hapens with all three of my screens i have taken out and put in my graphics card over and over.
Does anyone have any sugestions

I would also try a dif screen card, C if U can borrow 1 from a mate b4 you fork over the cash for a new 1 or just ask if a friend could put it in his\her machine and see if he\she gets the same result...

its from Gundam Wing... not a clue as to what its about...but hey...it looks good

but yeah now that you mention it he does look alot like someone from macross...hmmm

Yeah now I see it I think it is from the first episode where whatever his name is enters Earth from space and has that cool first battle..
