Sup peeps.
I managed to lock myself out of the site.
I try to log in after I changed my username and now I am the blank person in the list.
My old nick is still shown but the new one shows as "insert nothing here"
Any ideas?

I changed it from maxxis to ::: maxxis :::
Had a new password sent to me and everything.
When I try to log in I just get the same window you get when clicking on somebody in the Online Now list.
Bugger.

why dont you try sending a password reminder for every login you know. Surely it should let you in on one if them...?

Yeh well. Its not my fault now is it. The site seems to be causing the problem.

Seems like the new username works 100%. I can see myself in old posts and the username shows correctly.

Yup - I reckon all we can do is wait for that blank username to timeout, then you should be able to log back in.

I suppose there is no way to track the ip for the blank user?
Can you do an IP check on my username and see who else is posting from it.
Thanks

Only you and your other nicks
I'm tempted to say that we need everyone reading this to press Alt and F4 to refresh the forum, but I won't

Must be something to do with all the "::" you put in...
That will teach everyone of you to continually change your nick... Dont fix that which is not broken

I may be way out, but try to clear your internet cache and then try to log in again…
