@ The mods: I know there's a desktop theme thread, but it's dead and this is kinda like a log, please don't lock or delete this.
So, a couple of years ago, before i was saved, i had LOADS of pirated games, Uplink Hacker being one of them. Then the day came when i broke all my copied CDs, games, music, etc etc, and deleted all the copied stuff off my Hard disk. I almost cried when i had to brake uplink, this was basically my favourite game of all time.
A few months later, i found it online for purchase for £20, but i didn't have £20 to blow!
Then, this morning i decided to buy it, i just HAD to have this game. I bought it, and now i'm doing LOTS of stuff related to the game. I've downloaded a few mods etc etc... But i decided to make myself a desktop theme based on this game.
Here's an ingame screenshot:
So, using DesktopX, and some photoshop, i added some of these things to my desktop, still unorganised:
After some organising:
Everything still needs to be edited though, like the IP bar will display MY IP, and the time controls (play, pause etc etc) will control my media player.
Still lots to do.
Let me know what you guys think...

Nice...
Tell me is it going to be a background with links?
What I mean by that is you said you`re gonna use the controls to open media player...
How do you do this?
Do you somewhere along the way use Visual Basic code or what.
Sorry for the silly question.
Don`t know a lot about graphics design...
