Coverdisc images

I need the coverdisc images so that I can catalogue my PCF and .Net neatly on my pc. Where can I find them?

CD Images, or pictures?
If you just say Images it could mean anything.

To get CD Images, just create CD images of your Coverdiscs.
To get Pictures of the CD's just scan them...

I want the pcture of the coverdisc's cover. Dont pcformat have them all on softcopy or something?
