11575

I improved by clocking my RAM from 5-5-5-15 and unsynchronised to 4-4-4-12 synchronised.

Edit: I increased my FSB to 425 while keeping new timings.
Soon Google will know everything...including how to divide by zero :(

I'm currently using the 64-bit version and I have to say, it's a dream.

Only thing wrong is it doesn't support my sound card, but I bought it second hand from Noah when he was loading the ark, so that's understandable.

Otherwise it's quick and sexy :D

I need to bench XP to compare, but I doubt it will be any faster.

I get a system rating of 2.9  My GFX is 7.9, CPU 5.9, RAM 5.8 and HDD 2.9

Think it's dead or dying, my PC seems sluggish when doing HDD related activities.

Go for 7 dude, it rocks.

small disk cache or sata 1 maybe? wierd, that old IBM 80 MB drive i was playing with last night, boots fine and doesn't slow my PC down, doesn't even drop my rating. :?

Hey? What extra 700MHz OC dude?

All that changed is I changed the GFX Core from 625 to 650MHz.

GPU-Z doesn't show it though, it is only showing the 2D clocks, which I didn't change.

EDIT: Oh, and I got the DDR3 running at 1420 instead of 1280.

Dude, why is your sig so wide? Can't you push the enter key?

Ah, look closely at your second Screenshot, Under System on 3dmark, the CPU stats; it says your CPU is running at 3905Mhz. So I assumed that from your previous Screenshot where you were running at 3.2Ghz, that you went up a furthur 700Mhz. See the method to my madnesS....lol. Now I understand the small jump in your Benchmark.

It's not my sig, it's Oj's huge screenshot.....lol....enter key? Whats that ;)

If I had my 2.2GHz CPU running at 3.9GHz I'd be more awesome than He-Man.

Nah, for some reason Windows detects it as the wrong speed, not sure why. May have something to do with the FSB Strap.

Still, I want 12500  HELP!

Hahaha, thats what I thought when I saw the 2.2 to 3.9 jump

Hmm push the card a bit more? Try for another 100Mhz on your CPU....might get you there. :)

Hey, i'm quite impressed with my rig, looking at your results here. when i push my system, i get my cpu at 3.4ghz, memory at 833 (4.3.3.8 latency) and gfx cards at 660/1500/2000. my best 3d mark score at these settings is 18 102. thats in win xp though.
if you look at the gtx 295 post, i beat that! yes, yes, i know that was just a first run and everything is stock, so don't attack me! but i'm just feeling a glow of pride for my pc, and she is a 2 year old lady!

Nice. Buuuut, and I'm not attacking you, one of the main reasons for your score apart from the SLI is your Quad CPU. In 3Dmark06 your CPU will get double compared to mine. If I had a Quad running at 3ghz or more I would get 20K easily :)

Need to work on my Ocing a bit. Was hoping for a bigger jump with just the GFX OC. But it does go up nicely when you OC the CPU.
