Linux Installer for R2CW (GOTY EDIT)

I'm looking for a linux installer for Return to Castle wolfenstein (the game of the year edition) but i cannot seem to find it. On the http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/linux/wolf/INSTALL website, it says that I must look for the Game of The Year installer for the game, but ID SOFTWARES FTP site does not have it.

PLease can someone tell me where I can get it from.
