U can get a dictionary at (this is a guide and all the words should not be learnt from it)

http://www.freelang.com/

First lesson: The 4 Desu's

When pronounceing "Desu" the u is silent. And there is 4
Desu = .
Desu ka = ?
Desu ne = !?
Desu yo= ??

A basic sentence consists of the following

Object wa term desu (wa = is/am/are)
"The order never changes"

eg. Watashi wa baka desu
I am an Idiot

Let's try another one with diffrent desu's

Watashi wa Tama desu = I am Tama
Watashi wa Tam Desu ka = Am I tama?
Watashi wa Tama desu ne (I’m Tama, right?)
Watashi wa tama desu yo = Perhaps I am tama

As u can see the order never changes ! 8)

Some words

Janai makes sentence negative replace all forms of desu
Hai = yes
Iie = no
Dare = who
Naze = why
Itsu = when
Moshi = if
Dou = how
****** = why? (used on its own)
Nan = why
Naze = why
Ikuttsu = how many?
Docchi = which one
Koko, Kokoni = here
Kore, kono = this
Sosko = over there
Sore, Soto = that
Kare = he
****** = bye
Soko – There
Sono – that
Sotoni – that place
Kare – He
Kanojo – Her
*ohayo - good morning
*Konnichi wa - good day
*konban wa - good afternoon

*Tx nuke for correcting me on my less then perfect translation :)
